24/7 support
If you have an urgent service request, you can reach us at any time, including outside normal business hours. We can generally solve 95% of these issues remotely. In most cases, we quickly identify the PLC linked to the fault in the control layer in question. Armed with that information, we then send the operator present in the plant to the right place to solve the problem.
Updates, upgrades and back-ups
Obviously you always want to work with the most up-to-date control systems and the latest software. By keeping the servers, virtual machines and networks up-to-date, you avoid a situation in which support is no longer possible. We proactively perform major upgrades because they are critical to stability. Hardware can also fail (e.g. a defective server). We arrange access to a backup system, which we manage and check regularly. This guarantees your ability to return to a workable situation whatever happens.
