So an Energy Performance Contract is the most comprehensive form of energy management for a building. Hellebrekers contractually guarantees a specific level of energy saving and - if agreed with the customer - looks after and invests in all the elements related to energy management. The basic principle here is that the reduction in energy costs covers the investment. So the project is cost-neutral and pays for itself through the energy cost savings achieved during the term of the contract.
