We have a close-knit team of expert hardware, software and project engineers who work closely together to solve control challenges or measurement and modulating control issues. In these projects, we take into account the technical requirements of the building and carefully consider the organisational needs of the users. Of course, all installations are designed according to current standards and guidelines.
A BMS often includes a variety of installations, such as air conditioning systems, sanitary systems, security systems, etc. A screen displays the operating status of these installations and whether they meet the requirements set for the different systems. On the one hand, the system visually identifies the exact location of faults, allowing them to be resolved more quickly. On the other hand, it detects potential bottlenecks, resulting in fewer faults and improved continuity of the building processes. Other functionalities may include overall temperature control and the ability to temporarily turn existing installations on and off. Building automation gives the user insight into energy consumption and provides an improved indoor climate, among other things.
